Went here on the recommendation of a couple of coworkers. The inside is a bit small, but there is a very nice covered patio that seats plenty. Perfect for lunch on a nice, sunny day. The service was good. Prices might seem a bit high at first, but wait till you taste these tamales. Oh boy are they good! I had the large tamale bowl with 2 tamales and was not able to finish, ended up taking some home. My experience was good and I'm looking forward to visiting again.
Honestly the most friendliest staff I’ve ever met! Such an amazing atmosphere, with amazing service and food! The patio space is amazing for parties! Had my grad party here and had the best time!!
Are there for the first time and the tamales were great. The people there were very nice and quick with the food. The food was tasty and they were quick with getting it to us. Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely will go back there again to eat.
Love the tamales! The tamale pie is a frito pie with a tamale on top and it was so good! Definitely a must have here. And you can buy frozen tamales to take home.
We had visited the location on Bonds Ranch Road and we were in Keller and decided to try this location as well and we were not disappointed. The dining area is small but there is a patio where you can eat as well. We were getting ours to go so I could not give you any more information on the patio. My wife got the chicken quesadilla and I got the tamale pie bowl with hatch pork tamales. This time we also got the ultimate chips and dip as well. All the food we got was really delicious and we were not disappointed. I think both locations do a good job of preparing the food and service is good at both locations. Would highly recommend either location.
Even though this Tommy Tamale is a branch of the main location in Grapevine, they do a fantastic job. The food is great and the service is chill for the fast dining experience that it is. The atmosphere in this location is cozy, but for some it might be a bit too cozy and borderline claustrophobic. We got take-out for a get together and the food held up great over the time it took me to get to the house. Definitely recommend Tommy Tamale!
